Mrs. Quinn has taught 1st and 2nd grade here at Franklin School and she is currently teaching 3rd. Mrs. Quinn received her Masters in Elementary Education from NAU recently and holds her Elementary Certification. Mrs. Quinn has taken numerous college classes and is Spalding 1 and 2 Certified.
