Karla Burkitt

Mrs. Burkit was born in Vermont and attended Northwestern College in Orange City, Iowa.

She has her Bachelor of Arts in Theatre.

She has 3 sons and has lived in Arizona for 19 years.

In her spare time, she and her husband work in theatre productions with the Prescott Fine Arts Association, the Blue Rose Theater at Sharlot museum, and the Arizona Classical Theatre.

“Pirates of Penzance,” an opera, is only one of the productions that Mrs. Burkitt has helped the children perform at Franklin School. Each drama class usually performs one major show a year.

Our Albert O. Davis Fine Arts Building is expanding its size, to accommodate a larger stage and audience, and should be ready for some shows at the end of the year.

These productions are are delightful from the opening curtain to the final bows with memorized lines, wonderful scenery, and bright costumes.

Highly Qualified.
