Mrs. Rodgers received her Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Concord College in Athens, West Virginia. She received her Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Wright State University in Ohio.
Mrs. Rodgers has taught 1st through 8th grades for 17 years. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and has done counseling for about 20 years.
This is her sixth year at Franklin Phonetic School and she is currently teaching 1st grade.
She has taken Spalding 1 and 2. In addition to these courses she keeps up her continuing education for both the counseling licensure and teaching certification.
