In addition to serving as the school's superintendent, Mr. Franklin works as the shop tech teacher.
Mr. Franklin is certified in Elementary and Secondary Education. He also holds endorsements in Art and Vocational Education.
Mr. Franklin has taught kindergarten for 4 years. Previous to that he served as an Art Instructor for Yavapai College, and a Welding/Art/Social Studies teacher for Bagdad School District.
He received his BS. in Secondary Education from Grand Canyon University in 1991 and began teaching art for the Roosevelt School District until moving to Yavapai County in 1995. Mr. Franklin has completed Spalding 1 and 2 classes.
